    • Garlic - 2 cloves;
    • Dijon mustard - 2 tsp;
    • Egg - 1 pc;
    • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp;
    • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l;
    • Salt to taste;
    • Olive oil - 130 ml.

    Cut white bread into cubes. There are no rules here, sometimes you want bigger ones, and sometimes smaller ones. Cut as your hand takes it.

    We make sure to lightly fry the bread. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and first fry the garlic, cut into slices, quite a bit.

    Sometimes they do it differently: garlic is squeezed into olive oil and stirred, then poured into a heated frying pan.

    Then place the pieces of bread in the frying pan and fry on all sides until golden brown. Pour the finished crackers into a bowl and let cool.


    Add a little salt to the chicken breasts and fry in olive oil on each side for about 7 minutes. The pieces should be slightly browned. The breasts can be peppered a little if desired.

    This recipe is for those who need to quickly prepare a salad, while it will look quite beautiful and have an amazing taste.


    We will need:

    • Chinese cabbage leaves - 5 pcs;
    • Chicken fillet - 400 gr;
    • Parmesan - 150 gr;
    • White crackers - 150 gr;
    • Lemon - 1/2 pcs;
    • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l;
    • Salt, pepper - to taste.

    First, we need to marinate the chicken fillet, so rinse it in running water, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with a small amount of vinegar, vegetable oil, add salt and pepper. Then fry in a frying pan until nice golden brown.

    Cut white bread or loaf into small cubes, about 1 by 1 cm, place on a baking sheet and dry in the oven.

    For the dressing, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.

    Now put the cut lettuce leaves into strips in a salad bowl or deep bowl, then grate Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater, on top of which we place the chopped, fried chicken meat in small pieces and pour the sauce we have prepared on top of everything.

    We will need:

    • Smoked chicken legs - 2 pcs;

    • Lettuce leaves - 200 gr;

    We will need:

    • Leaf lettuce (Romaine, Iceberg) – 1 bunch;

    • White bread (loaf) – 200 g;
    • Sour cream – 200 g;
    • Chicken eggs (for sauce) – 2 pcs;
    • Mustard – 0.5 teaspoon;
    • Olive oil – 4 tbsp. spoons;
    • Butter – 50 g;
    • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • Garlic – 3 – 4 cloves;
    • Worcestershire sauce - to taste;
    • Salt, ground pepper - to taste;
    • Greens (parsley) – 4 - 6 sprigs.

    The main ingredient of our dish is chicken fillet. To make the chicken more tasty and appetizing, marinate it in sour cream with the addition of salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. If desired, you can add other spices such as ground parika, coriander or chicken spice collection.

    The fillet should be marinated for at least 30 minutes. After this, it should be fried in a frying pan in olive or butter. You can also squeeze out a clove of garlic to give our chicken a pleasant aroma and new flavor notes.

    When the fillet is fried, it must be cut into pieces.

    Step 5.

    Transfer our crackers to a paper towel to remove excess oil.

    Next, let's start preparing the sauce. To do this, boil chicken eggs for about 2 minutes in boiling water so that the yolk remains liquid. Take out the yolks and mix them with lemon juice, olive oil and mustard. Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. If desired, salt, pepper and add garlic.

    Place torn lettuce leaves on a serving plate and pour over half the sauce.

    Place chopped chicken fillet in the center.

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Add along with croutons, pour over the rest of the sauce.
