10. Boil the finished applesauce on the stove or dry it in the oven at 120-140 degrees.

11. Dry until the puree becomes thick, almost all the liquid from it should evaporate. Cool the finished applesauce first at room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

12. Since the marshmallow cream sets quickly at room temperature, we need to prepare everything in advance. Cut the biscuit into 2 layers.

13. Place 1 cake layer on a plate or cake stand. We will soak the cakes with prepared apple juice, which you will need 200 ml. If desired, you can prepare natural apple juice.

14. Often, sponge cakes are soaked in sugar syrup, but for this cake we will dilute 1 tbsp. sugar in apple juice.

15. Soak both cake layers.

16. Pour agar-agar into a 2-liter saucepan and pour cold water(150 ml). Let's brew a little.

17. Measure out 300 g of applesauce and transfer it to a deep bowl. Add chilled egg white.

18. Beat with a mixer at medium speed. The mass should turn white and increase in volume by about 1.5-2 times.

19. Place the agar and water on low heat. The mixture will begin to thicken right before your eyes; it must be stirred continuously.

20. As soon as we see that the agar begins to boil, add sugar. Mix immediately with a spoon.

22. The sugar should all melt before the mixture begins to boil.

23. The syrup will begin to boil and increase in volume, do not stop stirring it.

24. Cook until a thin thread is sampled. When you see a thin thread trailing behind the spoon, the syrup can be removed from the heat. The temperature of the finished syrup is 105 degrees. From the moment we put the agar on the stove, it takes about 5 minutes to become a thin thread.

27. Divide the entire cream into 3 parts: for the first layer, for the second layer and for the sides of the cake. Lubricate the base cake with 1/3 of the marshmallow mixture.

28. Place the second sponge cake on top. Soak it on the other side with sweet juice.

29. Spread another portion of the cream and level it over the surface.

30. Grease the sides of the cake with the remaining cream. While we make the glaze, put the cake in the refrigerator.

Preparing chocolate icing for the cake.

31. Melt the butter in a steam or water bath.

32. Add pieces of dark dark chocolate. If you take milk chocolate, you need to melt it without oil.

33. Stir, the chocolate melts well at 40 degrees Celsius.

34. Chocolate glaze is ready.

My husband has a sweet tooth, and it was for him that I made a no-bake cake with cookies and marshmallows today. This cake is prepared quite simply and, thanks to the use of cookies, is very easily divided into portions. I remember when I was a child, my mother would prepare a cake for my brother and me from cookies in packets, cover it with custard and place it directly on the cutting board, due to the lack of a square plate. Marshmallows were in short supply back then and if they found their way into the house, they were quickly eaten. Now times have changed, and the stores are full of both cookies and marshmallows - choose whatever your heart desires.

To prepare a cake from cookies and marshmallows without baking, prepare all the products according to the list.

As in, cut the marshmallows into discs. Depending on how you want to decorate the surface of the cake, set aside required quantity figured washers.
