Mash the first ball with a teaspoon on a table dusted with powdered sugar, then use your hands to shape it into a petal. Make the petal thinner on one edge and thicker on the opposite edge. Then lightly moisten the lower part of the petal with water and wrap it around the “carrot”, thereby making the ovary of the flower. Make the next petal from the second ball. Moisten the bottom at the base of the petal again and screw it onto the workpiece so that the middle of the second petal covers the “seam” of the first petal.
