Pizza in a pan in 10 minutes

This recipe is an excellent solution if you lack free time. And the taste of this pizza is not inferior to that baked in the oven.


Ingredients:

for test:

  • 500 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 tbsp. kefir
  • 4 tbsp. l. thick fat sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • salt to taste

For filling:

  • 150 g salami
  • 50 g fresh champignons
  • 50 g olives
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 100 sour cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for greasing the pan
  • 1 tbsp. l. grainy French mustard
  • salt, pepper, herbs

Preparation:


Cooking tender batter. Pour flour, salt, soda into a bowl and mix. Add kefir, sour cream, eggs, olive oil.


Stir the dough until homogeneous mass, you should not knead it too much. Place on a greased frying pan. We adjust the thickness of the cake ourselves. Fry on both sides until crusty.


We cut salami and champignons into thin slices, olives into rings, tomatoes into medium slices. Cheese for three fine grater. Pre-fry the mushrooms with onions.


Grease the crust with a mixture of olive oil, tomato sauce and mustard. Spread the prepared filling evenly in layers and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the pizza for low heat until the cheese melts. It turns out thick, juicy and fragrant, just like in a pizzeria.

Serve slightly chilled. While chatting with friends, eating such a piece of pizza with a glass of wine is a pleasure.
