Add apple slices to the cauldron.

Pour water into the cauldron so that it covers the apples. Close the cauldron with a lid and turn on the stove. Boil the pumpkin with apples until the fruit pieces soften.

Then transfer the soft fruits, using a slotted spoon, to another pan. Do not pour out the broth!

Using an immersion blender, puree the mixture.

The result was a very thick pumpkin and applesauce.

Transfer this puree back to the broth that remains in the cauldron. Mix thoroughly and add more if necessary. boiled water until the juice is as thick as desired.

Add citric acid to the juice. And add the required amount of sugar to taste. Boil the juice from the moment of boiling for another 6-7 minutes. Skim off the foam that forms when the juice boils.

Rinse bottles or jars with soda and sterilize them in any way, for example, in a pan of water.

Pour the boiling juice into the bottles and screw them on with clean caps.

Place bottles of juice in a blanket or jacket, wrap them up and leave them for a day.

Fragrant and healthy juice with pumpkin and apple pulp is simply necessary in gloomy autumn or cold winter.
