Reasons why the camp director has the right to expel a child from the camp :

Expulsion from the camp is carried out on the basis of the Order of the head of the camp and in the presence of Acts, certificates, medical certificates and other documents confirming the presence of the above reasons.

Compensation for lost services, including railway travel is not produced.

The person responsible for the child is obliged to pick him up from the camp within 48 hours or entrust this to a trusted person, paying for this service and providing round-trip tickets.

The group leader, accompanying persons and the administration of the holiday camp are not responsible for the loss of the child’s belongings and luggage (except for pocket money entrusted to the leader or accompanying persons and valuables deposited with the head of the camp).

If a child causes damage to camp property, an ACT is drawn up according to the price list, signed by the head of the camp and the camp counselor. In accordance with this act, payment must be made within 2 days.

The heads of travel companies, children's health institutions, and organizers of tourist trips of organized groups of children should ensure:

Carrying out safety measures during the transportation of children and adolescents to places of recreation and back;

Safety during the stay in recreation and health institutions for children and adolescents, including while swimming in open reservoirs and pools, maintaining public order and the safety of groups of children during public events.

When transporting organized groups of children and teenagers to the location of the recreation and recreation facility and back by rail, road, air transport The accompanying persons must include a health care worker.

Transportation of children by road to vacation spots and back should be carried out when traveling for no more than 4 hours (except for excursion and tourist trips) and in cases where it is impossible to organize the delivery of children by other means of transport.

The staff of a non-mobile tourist camp must include medical workers. During the movement of groups of a mobile tourist camp and trips of a non-mobile tourist camp, medical care for children can be provided by a responsible person who has undergone special training in first aid.

In the conditions of large, medium-sized and largest stations, the medical centers located in them must provide emergency medical care to passengers (children and accompanying adults) who fall ill on the way, at the stations, or who have suffered an accident. 24-hour duty of medical personnel is established in first-aid posts.
