10. Add three tablespoons of cocoa powder to one half of the dough. If the powder is lumpy, pass it through a strainer.

11. Add 3 tablespoons of kefir to the dark dough to reduce its density and make it more liquid.

12. Prepare a baking dish - I have a regular one for cakes, detachable, with a diameter of 22-23 cm. I greased the sides of the mold with oil and lined the bottom parchment paper. Preheat the oven.

13. Now pour 2-3 tablespoons of light dough into the center of the mold.

14. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of dark dough onto the light dough.

15. Alternate layers until all the dough is finished. But we pour each subsequent layer exactly into the middle of the previous one - in the center of the mold.

My cake burst a little due to the sudden change in temperature: I reduced the temperature very early and then increased it. Let it bake at high temperature.
