To prepare chyldyr, take 100 g of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper, vinegar, garlic. Pour into a saucepan drinking water and bring it to a boil. Add a little salt and vinegar (2 tbsp each), pour in the egg (each egg is added separately) and cook for about 3 minutes. Get it ready eggs using a slotted spoon. Pour yoghurt and melted butter over the dish along with red hot pepper.

On a note: To determine if an egg is fresh, place it in water. The fresh one will sink to the bottom, and the stale egg will remain on the surface.
