1. Pour 20 and 30 g of gelatin into two bowls. 20 gr. gelatin pour 100 ml of water, room temperature and stir. 30 gr. gelatin pour 150 ml of water. Leave the gelatin to swell aside and start preparing the cake.

2. Place 150 g of soft butter into the blender chopper. Break oatmeal cookies to go with it. Turn these products into a homogeneous mass - buttery crumbs.

If you don’t have a blender, you can do without it. First, crumble the cookies with your hands. You can also crumble it in another way: fold the cookies into plastic bag, tie it. Use a rolling pin to roll over the cookies; crumbs will remain in the bag. Then add to the crumble soft butter(take it out of the refrigerator in advance) and grind it with your hands.

3. To assemble the cake, take a springform pan with a diameter of 26-18 cm, since the number of ingredients is large. If you have a small shape, then take proportionally less food.
