Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • Red fish fillet (lightly smoked, take a whole piece, not chopped) - 250 gr.
  • Crabs ( crab sticks) - 250 g.
  • Shrimp boiled-frozen - 250 gr.
  • Medium potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Leek - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 100 g.
  • Mayonnaise - 150 gr.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Cooking:

1. The first thing we need to do is prepare the ingredients: Boil eggs, potatoes, carrots.

2. Peel the eggs, cut into small cubes

3. Cut the potatoes into cubes as well

4. Grate carrots on a coarse grater

5. Onion - cut the leek into rings

6. Disassemble the crabs by fiber. If you have crab sticks, try to buy " snow crab”, These sticks can also be disassembled into fibers, if others, cut.

7. Cut the red fish fillet into small pieces.

8. Peel and crush the garlic with a knife. Pour oil into the pan, heat it, put the garlic, fry it until golden color, remove from the pan.

10. Put sour cream in mayonnaise and mix well.

1. Pollack stuffed with potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Pollock - 2 medium fish
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Potato - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 100 g.
  • Salt, spices, herbs

Cooking:

1. Rinse the fish, if necessary, clean and rinse again (of course, it is not necessary to take pollock. We took it as the simplest and most common fish.)

2. Grate potatoes and immediately pour over it cold water not to turn black. We change the water several times until it becomes clear.

3. Grate the fish with salt and seasonings. Now there is a wide variety of fish seasonings in the store, choose what you like. Take the spices you like too.

4. Cut the onion into rings, chop the greens, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

5. Drain the water, add an egg to the potatoes, mix, salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cover the baking sheet with foil, put the fish on it. Stuff the fish with the resulting potato mass, pour over lemon juice, squeezing it directly from the lemon.

7. Put onion half rings on top.

Ingredients:

  • A piece of salmon - 300-400 g.

You will need:

300 g chicken fillet
250 g frozen green beans
4 eggs
5 small potatoes
50 g pitted olives (kalamata)
150 g cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes)
100 g lettuce
3 art. l. olive oil
2 tsp grainy mustard(optional)

2 garlic cloves

pork ham (without bone) - 2 kg

How to cook:

2-3 medium sized tomatoes

How to cook:

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add the garlic squeezed through the press. Add mayonnaise and mix everything. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put the resulting mixture on them. You can decorate the appetizer with greens.

Eggplant with walnuts and garlic recipe

You will need:

2 eggplant
2 garlic cloves
200 g walnuts
vegetable oil
mayonnaise
salt

How to cook:

Salt the sliced ​​eggplants and leave for half an hour. At this time, chop the nuts and stir the resulting slurry with mayonnaise. Add chopped garlic and mix everything.

Rinse eggplants with cold water, dry a little and fry on both sides. Place the fried eggplants on a paper towel to remove excess fat, then transfer to a serving platter. Put them on top nut mix. It is advisable to put the snack in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Goose with apples or cranberry sauce

You will need:

goose - 3.5-4 kg (you can use duck or chicken)
onion - 2 pcs.
carrots - 1 pc.
fragrant apples - 2-3 pcs.
cumin - 1 tsp
salt and ground pepper - to taste
strong aromatic alcohol(brandy, rum, cognac) - 1 glass
flour - 2 tbsp. l.
pepper - to taste

For cranberry sauce:

cranberries - 200 g
red onion - 2 pcs.
apple - 1 pc.
garlic - 3 cloves
ginger root - 3 cm
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
sugar and salt - to taste
cold water - 1/2 stack.

How to cook:

It is better to soak the goose in strong salt water in the evening - so it will be softer. We cut off excess fat from the carcass (from the neck and tail), cut off the last phalanx of the wings, gutted. We wash and dry.

For the filling, coarsely cut 1 onion and apples, add cumin, mix.

We rub the carcass on all sides with salt and ground pepper (salt is not needed if you previously soaked the goose). Use wooden skewers or toothpicks to cover the throat of the goose with the skin. We stuff the goose with apples and onions with cumin and sew up the hole (skewers or toothpicks will do). We tie the legs with a non-synthetic thread. Using a skewer or other sharp object, we make punctures in the skin of the carcass so that fat is better rendered from it. We send the goose with apples to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-70 minutes. The goose should lie on the breast, back up.

After the specified time, carefully turn the carcass over and fry the same amount more, periodically pouring the goose with melted fat. Next, bring to readiness (when the meat is punctured, the juice from the carcass should flow transparently), depending on the oven and the size of the bird.

While the goose with apples is cooking, you can do the sauce. First the broth. We put cut off wings, giblets, cut fat, spices, chopped carrots fried in a dry pan and a second onion in a saucepan. Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Approximately 10 tablespoons of goose fat, melted during the roasting of the bird, mix with a couple of tablespoons of flour, put on fire, add a glass of alcohol, salt, a couple of ladles of goose broth and cook together, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

We let the finished bird stand for 10-15 minutes, covering it with foil to make it juicier. Serve to the table with sauce, and the filling can be used as a side dish.

You can also make a bird with cranberry sauce. In this case, we cook the bird according to the recipe, inside we just put onion sliced ​​​​into rings and lemon slices. Topped with cranberry sauce.

How to make it: Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Onion cut into feathers, garlic - thin slices. Chop the ginger. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Put onion in it and fry, add garlic, ginger and apple. Cook for 5 more minutes. Add cranberries, pour in water. Bring the sauce to a boil over high heat and cook, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with sugar and salt to taste. Cool before serving.

Recipe for champignons stuffed with cheese

You will need:

large champignons - 10 pcs.
onion - 1 pc.
cheese - 150 g
breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp. l. (without slide)
salt
freshly ground pepper

How to cook:

Wash and dry mushrooms. Carefully separate the stems of the mushrooms so that the caps remain intact.

Put mushroom caps on a greased baking sheet (or in a baking dish), salt a little.

For the filling, chop the onion (finely or quarters of rings), chop the mushroom legs, grate the cheese on a medium grater. Fry the onion in a pan with vegetable oil (about 2-3 minutes). Add mushroom legs to the pan with onions, salt, pepper and fry the mushrooms with onions for about 5 minutes (you can add finely chopped garlic). Add to skillet with mushrooms and onions breadcrumbs or bread crumbs and mix. Cool mushrooms with onions and breadcrumbs a little. Then mix in half the grated cheese.
