Ingredients:

  • Pasta “Nests” – 8-9 pcs.,
  • Onions – 2 pcs.,
  • Minced meat - 500 gr.,
  • Sour cream – 4-5 tbsp. spoons,
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.,
  • Hard – 100 gr.,
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves,
  • Spices and salt to taste,
  • Sunflower oil for greasing the mold.

Pasta nests with minced meat - recipe

The first step is to prepare the frying. Carrots and onions must be peeled. Grate the carrots on medium or fine grater.

Cut the onion into cubes.

Place vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil, lightly salt and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring.

Remove the stewed vegetables from the stove. Add sour cream and spices to them.

Stir. The filling for the nests is ready. Now let's get to the minced meat. By the way, you can use absolutely any minced meat. Both pork, beef, chicken or combined. IN this recipe I used minced pork. Add ground black pepper, grated on a fine grater, to the minced meat onion, spices and salt. Mix it well with your hands. Grate on a medium grater hard cheese. We will sprinkle it on the dish before baking.

Place the pasta “nests” into boiling salted water.

Boil them for 2-3 minutes until half cooked. It is important that the pasta is only slightly cooked. Remove them carefully with a slotted spoon so they don't fall apart. Place in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.

Place minced meat into each pasta nest using a teaspoon. You can do it differently, roll the minced meat into balls with wet hands and place them in the middle of the nests. Spread the minced meat lightly in a heap.

To make the nests juicy and not dry, be sure to pour water into the mold. The water level in the mold should be at least 1 cm. Instead of water, you can use meat broth. Sprinkle the fried vegetables over the pasta and minced meat.

Add chopped garlic. I’ll say right away that garlic in this recipe is not for everyone. If you don't like it, then don't add it. You can also sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.

Pour with mayonnaise from the pack.

Finally, sprinkle the nests with grated cheese. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180C.

Pasta nests with minced meat in the oven bake for 25-30 minutes with the lid closed. After this, remove the lid and bake them until the cheese crust appears golden brown for another 10 minutes.

Place the finished dish on plates. Serve with vegetable salads as a side dish. Enjoy your meal. They turn out no less tasty.

Nests of pasta with minced meat may well take a top position among dishes that can help out the hostess in case of unexpected guests.

The recipe for preparing the dish is incredibly simple, does not require special skill, the set of products is also not particularly sophisticated, but at the same time ready dish tasty, satisfying, has a wonderful aroma and looks very appetizing.

Eat different recipes preparing stuffed nests.

Let's reveal the secret of the most popular way to prepare nests.

Products you will need:

  • nest pasta (or spaghetti - both options will do, we’ll take what’s on hand);
  • minced meat (pork, chicken or turkey);
  • carrot;
  • tomato;
  • sour cream;
  • tomato paste or ketchup;
  • hard cheese;
  • salt, spices.

Formation of nests

Pasta nests You need to cook it a little until soft. To do this, they are carefully lowered into boiling water, and when the required condition is reached, they are carefully removed from the pan using a slotted spoon and placed in deep baking tray. If you have spaghetti at your disposal, you will need to form nests out of them using a fork and place them on a baking sheet.

The next step is preparing the minced meat. The choice of minced meat depends on personal preference. To make the meat filling soft and juicy, you need to add finely chopped onion to the minced meat. You can also add a little white bread, soaked in milk and crushed in a blender. This will make the filling softer and softer. Add spices and salt to taste.

Mix sour cream with a small amount of tomato paste (you can use ketchup instead of paste) and lightly grease the pasta nests with minced meat with this mixture to prevent the surface from drying out during cooking in the oven.

Form small balls from the prepared minced meat and “drown” them into the recess in the nests. Cut the tomato into rings and place a tomato ring on top of each meat ball and brush again with sour cream and tomato mixture. The rest of the mixture will be needed to prepare the sauce in which we will stew the nests with minced meat.

Preparing the sauce

There are different recipes for sauce in which pasta nests are stewed. We present the simplest and most versatile of them. This sauce has an amazing aroma and is pleasant sweet and sour taste. Cut the carrots into small strips and the onion into small cubes.

Fry all this in a small amount of vegetable oil until tender. golden color. Mix the fried vegetables with the remaining sour cream and add water. This is the sauce in which pasta stuffed with minced meat will be cooked. The amount of water will depend on the size of the pan.

To prevent the pasta from being bland and tasteless in the end, when preparing the sauce you will need to add the necessary seasonings - salt, sugar, ground black pepper. Pour the sauce into the pan, filling the space between the neatly placed nests.

Now you can put the baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes.

Since the pasta was almost ready, the degree of readiness of the dish is determined by the readiness of the meat filling.

While the pasta with minced meat is simmering in the oven, you need to grate hard cheese (you need to choose one that melts well and under no circumstances use cheese product) and three minutes before being ready, sprinkle the nests with grated cheese. This way the dish will become even more aromatic and acquire a pleasant golden crust and a tangy cheesy taste.

Nests prepared in this way retain their shape perfectly and do not fall apart.

We adapt familiar recipes

It's time to answer the question: “how to cook nests with minced meat in a slow cooker.” The cooking algorithm in a multicooker is practically no different from preparing nests with minced meat in the oven. There is no need to be particularly clever - we repeat the preparatory process exactly as described above. You don’t have to fry the vegetables for the sauce and put them in the slow cooker raw - the aroma will change a little, and the taste of the nests will be even more tender. For cooking, select the “Stew” mode.

As a rule, the minimum cooking period for multicookers for this mode is 20 minutes. Exactly what we need. We will not get a golden cheese crust in this cooking mode. But for this method of preparation, it seems that it is not needed. At the end of the cooking process, use a spatula to transfer the nests from the multicooker bowl onto plates and serve with the sauce in which they were cooked, garnished with a sprig of fresh dill or parsley.

Recipes for making nests from pasta with minced meat differ mainly in the preparation of the sauce. The dish will be very tasty if you replace sour cream with mayonnaise, and instead of tomato paste and water use tomato juice.

In an effort to feed the family in a varied, tasty and beautiful way, housewives came up with many different dishes, many of which can safely be called culinary hits. And one of them, without a doubt, is nests with minced meat. The recipe may be the simplest and fastest to implement. And it may require some effort if you want to make your dinner sophisticated and elegant. But in any case, you can be sure that the result will be a masterpiece that will be warmly approved by your family.

Quick dinner

Let's start with a recipe that can be very helpful if the refrigerator contains only semi-finished products, and you are delayed at work. The situation will be saved (and the family will not go hungry) by nesting with minced meat in a frying pan. The main thing is that there is pasta of the appropriate type in the cabinet. In a large frying pan sunflower oil frying is done from onions and garlic (opponents of the latter can do without it). The frying pan is set aside; When the contents have cooled slightly, pasta nests are laid out among the vegetables. From ready minced meat, salted and peppered, roll into balls, which are carefully placed in the center of each ball. You shouldn’t be too generous: when cooking, the pasta will settle and the filling will fall out. The frying pan is being filled hot water with tomato paste diluted in it, cover with a lid and place on the stove for about thirty minutes. Somewhere in the middle of cooking, you need to add salt and pepper to your nests with minced meat. The recipe, as you can see, is simple, and those starving for half an hour can endure it. The portions laid out on plates can be sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Cheese sauce

Since it is not difficult to prepare nests with minced meat, and they are tasty and satisfying, nests often become almost a daily dish. However, with the same execution, even your favorite food will quickly become boring. You can diversify the taste with sauces that are poured over the preparation in a frying pan. For example, beat in a blender a little more than half a glass of cream (their fat content is not important) with mayonnaise and sour cream, taken one spoon at a time, pepper, salt, a piece of cheese, grated on the finest grater, and dried basil. The nests in this gravy will take the same time to prepare.

Sour cream sauce

Another successful filling option, which makes nests with minced meat even juicier. The recipe includes half a glass of sour cream and a glass of milk. This ratio is maintained even if more sauce is needed. In this case, you need to be careful with spices: too bright or spicy are not suitable here. It is better to limit yourself to a pinch of Provençal or Italian herbs. If you want to get a more spicy dish, use suneli hops.

Pasta nests

If you are in no hurry and just want to pamper your family, prepare nests with Here the process will require more trouble, but the result will be more appetizing and aromatic. The pasta must be boiled first, so that the nests do not collapse or stick together. To do this, you need to take a wide pan in which the balls will practically not touch. If one is not found on the farm, the nests will have to be cooked in batches.

If you have ready-made minced meat, add finely chopped onion. In addition to salt and pepper and, possibly, spices, you should add two tablespoons of mayonnaise to the filling for every third kilo of meat, this will make the nests more juicy. The baking sheet is lined with parchment and greased with oil. The pasta balls caught with a slotted spoon are laid out hot on it as soon as the water has drained. Minced meat is placed in the center of each nest. You can put a slice of tomato on top, sprinkle with cheese or brush with beaten egg - whatever you like. The preparations are put into the oven for half an hour - and you can call the family to the table.

Jacks of cheese

If there are no nesting pasta in the house, or you think that they have a bad effect on your figure, there are recipes already described great alternative. No less tasty, cute and appetizing are minced meat nests with mushrooms and cheese. They are also easy to prepare and do not require any special cooking skills. The onion head is chopped into smaller pieces and simmered until translucent. vegetable oil. A third of a kilogram of chopped mushrooms is also added here. It turns out more fragrant with forest ones, but it will work just as well with champignons and oyster mushrooms. Fry for seven minutes while stirring, then add three tablespoons of sour cream. Keep it on the heat a little longer and set the filling aside.

A small slice of bread, soaked in milk and squeezed, is mixed with 0.5 kg of minced meat, grated small carrots, two eggs, chopped onions and seasonings - a mixture of peppers and salt. The minced meat is kneaded and balls are rolled out of it. Thick small cakes are formed from them, which are laid out on a baking sheet. A dimple is made in the middle of each, the filling is placed in it, and a little is poured on top grated cheese. The sheet is put into the oven, and after half an hour you can start tasting.

Meat cheesecakes

There is one more interesting recipe how to cook nests with minced meat. Any meat can be used as the base, although a mixture of pork and beef gives a juicier result. Grated hard cheese is added to the minced meat (about one hundred grams per half kilogram of meat), a raw egg and spices. Forming nests - as in the previous recipe. But the filling will be unusual: a third of a kilogram of grainy cottage cheese is ground to break up large lumps, and combined with grated cream processed cheese. Such nests of minced meat with cheese will be baked for the same half an hour at 180 degrees. And when serving, they should be sprinkled with onions: this way they will be even more appetizing and tastier.

Nest with egg

For a full dinner, you will have to prepare some kind of side dish for the previous two recipes: people still rarely eat meat. But in the morning, especially if you are not in too much of a hurry to get to work, you can prepare very original nests with minced meat. The recipe allows you to get something that is not very heavy, but quite hearty breakfast from one dish that will satisfy all the needs of the body. In addition, having a tasty meal in the morning means charging yourself with optimism for the whole day.

A slice of loaf is briefly soaked in milk, squeezed out of excess liquid and thoroughly mixed with minced meat. The onion is finely chopped; It can be added raw to the base, but it will be more delicious to first fry it in a spoon of oil. The onion is also combined with the minced meat; Add an egg and add salt and pepper. If desired, you can add other favorite seasonings. The baking tray is lined as standard and is slightly greased on the outside. Flatbreads are laid out on it. This time they should be slightly larger than previously described, so that from half a kilogram of minced meat you will get about four nests. Quite wide recesses are made in the center; An egg is carefully driven into each of them. In order not to miss, you can first break the egg into a small one, for example coffee cup, and then carefully pour it into the hole. Keep the nests with minced meat in the oven for 35 minutes - and a great breakfast is ready!

To prepare this dish, you will need special pasta that has Italian roots - nests (tagliatelle). These pasta products can be bought in almost any store; in fact, they are a type of noodles that are rolled into a circle. The dish, despite its original presentation very easy to prepare and does not require any special skills from you. This is not the first time I have prepared such nests of pasta with minced meat in the oven and I would like to note that it is really very tasty! Pasta must be pre-boiled and then filled with filling, in in this case it will be chopped meat. The highlight of this recipe will be tomato-sour cream sauce, in which the nests will be baked. Thanks to him, the dish turns out not only nourishing and tasty, but also very tender and juicy! Let’s finish all this off with a cheese “cap” to give the nests a more appetizing and elegant look. This dish will not only be a luxurious dinner idea for the whole family, but will also be a great idea for festive table. I recommend trying it! Step by step recipe with a photo is presented below.

Ingredients:

  • 12 pasta nests.
  • 500 grams of minced meat.
  • 2 onions.
  • 1 medium sized carrot.
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste or sauce.
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream of any fat content.
  • 150 grams of hard cheese.
  • mayonnaise to taste.
  • salt and spices to taste.
  • vegetable oil.

How to cook pasta nests with minced meat in the oven:

For the filling, combine minced meat (I have beef + pork), one chopped onion and add salt and spices of your choice.

Then boil the pasta. To do this, you need to bring salted water to a boil, and then put our pasta nests on the bottom of the pan. We boil the nests in parts so that they lie in one layer. As soon as the pasta is placed in the water, you need to move it a little with a spatula so that the pasta does not stick to the bottom, and after boiling, cook it for no more than 3-5 minutes, depending on the manufacturer, until al dente. You need to pour in enough water to cover the pasta by 1-2 cm.

We take out the finished nests and put them in a baking dish, which must be greased with oil.

For the sauce, fry grated carrots and diced onions. There is no need to fry too much, just enough to soften the vegetables. Then we add tomato paste, sour cream and cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Then pour in 1.5 cups of water, I use the water left after cooking the pasta. Add salt to taste, you can add spices, bring everything to a boil and turn it off. The sauce is ready!

Now we prepare our dish for baking. Fill the pasta nests with minced meat, slightly pushing the middle apart, and press the minced meat with a fork. The nests can be planted either separately from each other or in an even layer, at your discretion.

Pour the prepared sauce over everything, trying to avoid the minced meat.

Then we apply a “cap” of mayonnaise to the minced meat. You can also replace it with sour cream, but our family prefers this option.

Distribute the grated cheese evenly over the mayonnaise.

Bake the nests in the oven at 180-200*C for about an hour. I navigate by the rosy cheese crust above.

All that remains is to cut the dish into portions and serve. Pasta nests prepared according to this recipe are a self-sufficient dish and a side dish is definitely not needed here. The only thing you can add when serving is fresh herbs or any vegetables.

This is how you can prepare a simple, but at the same time, gourmet dinner! It turns out excellent treat, from which truly no one can resist!

Pasta nests with minced meat recipe with photo in the oven

I really love this dish. “Nests” of noodles with minced meat – a “holiday” option regular pasta naval style. It's easy and quick to do, but looks much prettier!

The composition of the “nests” of noodles with minced meat includes:

  • 8 pcs. “nests” of noodles (I have so many that go into a deep pan);
  • 400 gr. minced meat;
  • 1 large onion;
  • Salt, pepper, seasonings - to taste (I added nutmeg, a mixture of peppers and wine vinegar);
  • Butter or vegetable oil - for frying;
  • 8 tbsp. sour cream;
  • 50 gr. semi-hard cheese.

Method for preparing “nests” of noodles with minced meat:

I had these “sockets”, made by Makfa. They are quite large. If you have “nests” from another company, then adjust the amount of filling yourself, as they may differ in size.

Peel the onions, chop finely and fry in oil until golden brown.

Add minced meat to the onion...

...and fry until done. During the frying process, you can add a little water to the pan to make the minced meat more tender and soft. We also add salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste. Ready stuffing transfer to a plate.

“Nests” are best cooked in a deep frying pan - there they will stand in one row and are easier to remove than from a pan. If you cook the noodles in the same frying pan in which you fried the minced meat, it is advisable to wash the dishes from grease. Otherwise, the “sockets” will be smeared with oil and will fall apart more. So, pour salted water into the frying pan, put the “nests” (it is advisable that the water completely covers them), close the lid...

... and cook for 5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling.

Using a small slotted spoon or spatula, carefully transfer the cooked pieces onto a greased baking sheet. butter. You can hold it with a fork at the center of the “nest” to make it more convenient.

Place the filling in the center. And very tight! At first it will seem that there is very little space there, but if you carefully press the minced meat into the center of the “nest”, the noodles will rise and “stretch” in height. And you get these kind of barrels stuffed with meat filling.

Place a tablespoon of sour cream on the top of each “nest” and place in a very hot oven for 2 minutes.

Then we take it out, sprinkle it with cheese, grated on a fine grater, and put it back in the oven until the cheese is browned.

The finished “nests” of noodles with minced meat are ready and can be served.

We take out the finished nests and put them in a baking dish, which must be greased with oil.

For the sauce, fry grated carrots and diced onions. There is no need to fry too much, just enough to soften the vegetables. Then add tomato paste, sour cream and cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
