3. Combine both ingredients and add peas to them, also without liquid.

4. Add chopped herbs to the existing products, season everything with sour cream, mix, grate the cheese on top using a fine or coarse grater at your discretion, add peas for decoration and place in the refrigerator to soak for 15-20 minutes.

This salad with chicken and mushrooms has a peculiar, rather unusual sweetish taste, but guests always like it, because meat and pineapples, as the world and my culinary practice have shown, simply go together perfectly, and if you add mushrooms to them, it will be simply delicious .

Take for preparation:

  • Boiled chicken meat (fillet) – 500 gr.;
  • Any pickled mushrooms (cheap champignons are great) – 400 gr.;
  • Bank canned pineapples– 250 gr.;
  • Fresh cucumbers – 3-4 pcs.;
  • Cheese (we can use both traditional hard and processed cheese in this recipe, but not liquid) – 200-220 gr.;
  • Salad onion - one onion is enough;
  • A little dill;
  • Low-fat mayonnaise – 200 gr.
