  4. Cut the apples into slices and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Knead the dough one last time. We pinch it off, form a ball in our hands, flatten it on the board, put the filling in the middle, and give it any shape.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with egg white.
  7. Bake for half an hour at 180˚C.
