Wet your hands with water and form the dough into cookies.

2. Apple cookies



Ingredients:
120 g sugar
1 packet of vanillin
4 eggs
200 g margarine
500 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
3 apples
Grind the eggs with sugar and vanilla, add melted margarine, mix, then flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough with a spoon. Peel and cut the apples into small cubes, add to the dough. Place small mounds with a tablespoon on sheets covered with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C until golden brown for literally 10–15 minutes.

3. Sesame cookies



Ingredients:
70 g flour
60 g butter
120 g sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
160 g sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Beat softened butter with sugar. Then add egg, vanilla and lemon juice and beat for 20-30 seconds with a mixer. At low mixer speed, add flour in small portions. Using a spatula, stir in all the sesame seeds (you can fry them in advance). Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place flat cakes on sheets of baking paper (required!) with a teaspoon at a distance of 3–4 cm from each other, as the cookies may spread. Bake for 8–15 minutes depending on the size.

4. Chocolate cookies



Ingredients:
240 g chocolate for melting
4 tbsp. l. butter
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
150 g chocolate, cut into pieces
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Chop the chocolate into pieces. Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar with a mixer (about 4 minutes). Melt 240 g of chocolate with butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Add melted chocolate to sugar-egg mixture and mix on low speed. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture and stir. Place the remaining 150 g of chocolate pieces into the dough and stir. Use a tablespoon to place round cookies on a baking sheet, 5-7 cm apart. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

5. Homemade oatmeal cookies



Ingredients:
100 g butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits
To begin, put the butter and sugar in a convenient bowl and knead with a fork. Then mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add eggs and mix. Pour out a glass of oatmeal. The main thing is not to overcook the shortcakes in the oven, otherwise they will turn into ordinary cookies.

7. Banana cookies



Ingredients:
2 large soft bananas
1 glass of rolled oats
nuts, raisins, chocolate, cinnamon (optional)
Mash bananas with rolled oats, mix. Add nuts, raisins, chocolate. Cook at 180 degrees in the oven on parchment paper for 15 minutes.

200 g butter
200 ml cream (30%)
250 g sugar
3 tbsp. l. cocoa
650 g flour
Dissolve coffee in hot milk. Then add butter, sugar, cream, cocoa. Beat everything. Then add flour and knead the dough. From the dough, tearing off pieces, make balls, stretching them slightly and giving the shape of grains. Then, with a stick or toothpick, make a longitudinal cut, deep, but not completely. Place the grains on a sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12–15 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1 packet vanilla sugar
230 g flour
80 g powdered sugar
120 g butter
3/4 tsp. lemon zest
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease and sprinkle with flour. Sift flour and sugar into one bowl. Add softened butter, egg yolks and lemon zest. Stir the ingredients until smooth. Knead for 5–10 minutes until the dough takes an elastic shape. Form the dough into a “sausage” and cut into circles. First you need to prepare all the ingredients for the cookies: butter, flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar. Get a separate bowl for the shortcrust pastry. Break eggs into it, add sugar and vanillin. Beat everything thoroughly with a whisk.
