    Preparation:

    • baking powder - 2 tsp;
    • baking soda – ½ tsp;

    • vanilla sugar - packet;
    • turmeric – 1/3 tsp.

    Preparation:

    2. The liquid mixture is gradually introduced into the dry mixture. Attention! As a result, the consistency should be uniform, no lumps. The thickness should be about the same as that of pancake batter. If the consistency is thick, add milk, if liquid, add flour;
    3. The waffle iron is greased and preheated. Place dough on it. Attention! The dessert is ready only if the baked goods do not tear when opening the waffle iron.

    If you want the dessert to stay crispy longer, do not stack the waffles on top of each other immediately after cooking. It's best to let them cool on a wire rack.

    • Curd mass. Dried fruits are used as decoration - raisins, chopped dried apricots or prunes. The cheese mass is also covered with chocolate;
    • Suitable for decorating ice cream or confectionery cream. Additional decoration - mint leaves.
