10. Add carrots and also fry for 2-3 minutes.

11. Then it’s the turn of the bell pepper, which also needs to be fried for 2-3 minutes.

12. Well, and finally - potatoes, they also need to be added and mixed. No need to add water. There will be juice from the vegetables and there will be enough of it to prevent the potatoes from burning when frying.

But if for some reason there is not enough liquid, then you can add a little water.

13. When the potatoes have softened a little, salt and pepper the dish being prepared. You also need to add spices. You can add any spices you like. Today I add a mixture of Provençal herbs, ground coriander and thyme, for a total of just over half a teaspoon.

Potatoes need to be stewed together with vegetables and meat until half cooked. It shouldn't fall apart, but it shouldn't be soggy either.

14. In the meantime, let's do the pumpkin. It needs to be washed thoroughly. If they were bought in a store or market, it is best to wash them with soap and a brush. Then rinse thoroughly big amount cold water.

15. Cut off the cap and select the loose center with the seeds. You can use a regular tablespoon for this.

If the fruits are large, then part of the pulp is also selected and added to the filling. But today we have small portioned Instances, so there is not very much pulp in them anyway. Therefore, there is no need to choose anything else.

We made pots from the vegetable in which our dish will be prepared.

16. When the potatoes reach the desired state, fill the improvised pots with filling to the very top. Cover the top with a lid.

17. Cut two pieces of foil for each. Fold them crosswise and brush with oil. Place the vegetable in the middle and wrap the foil around it, tightly covering all the cracks.

18. Repeat the same with the second beauty.

19. Grease the baking tray vegetable oil and place the prepared products on it.

20. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a baking sheet in it. Bake for an hour and a half, sometimes if the pumpkin is larger, it takes longer - an hour forty or two hours.

21. The readiness of the dish is determined by using a toothpick. If you pierce the skin, it should be soft.

22. When the product is ready, remove the foil and serve on a plate, garnished with a sprig of thyme.

As you can see, the dish turned out very beautiful and elegant, just like autumn itself! And take my word for it - very tasty! It’s true that I personally didn’t manage to eat the whole portion! It turned out too filling! But my husband ate everything with pleasure, until the very end.

It should be said that when you eat, be sure to pick up the baked vegetable from the edges and eat it along with the filling. The taste is simply divine. She imbued all the other ingredients with her taste and aroma, and they, in turn, exchanged juices with her, and everything turned out to be what is called “neither subtract nor add.”

What else I would like to note is, in fact, this stuffed dish prepares very quickly. Preliminary preparation and frying is a standard procedure used in the preparation of many dishes. It doesn't take long and is easy to do.

And then the baking process begins directly. And although it is quite long, it is not at all troublesome.

The next recipe is also good and well worth considering.

We will need:

  • fresh pumpkin - 1 pc.
  • water - depending on the number of servings

Preparation:

1. Let's prepare the most main ingredient Our dish is pumpkin. To do this, we wash it and cut it into two equal halves. Then, using a regular tablespoon, remove the seeds from the very core.

You don't have to throw away pumpkin seeds, as they are considered very healthy. It is necessary to rinse them under running water through a colander. Allow the remaining water to drain, then place on a sheet and dry in the oven at minimum temperature. Let it cool a little and you can try it.

All that remains is to remove the skin. It is very convenient to do this by manually peeling vegetables. If you don’t have one at hand, you can use a regular knife instead. But be extremely careful, because... The skin is quite hard and slippery.

Let's start cutting this yellow and nutritious vegetable. We will cut the pumpkin into small slices. But it is still advisable to respect the size so that one piece does not end up twice as large as the other. This will negatively affect our dish when baked.

2. It's time to start preparing the pots. If necessary, we wash them before use. Can be dried with a regular cloth. Then lay out the chopped pumpkin all the way to the top.

On average, this pot yields 250 grams of peeled pumpkin. This means that in our case, for 4 bowls we will need one kilogram of fresh and processed vegetables.

Now fill the pots with 1/4 cup of water. Some people add sugar, but we add honey at the very end. Why at the end of baking? This way, when heated, it will not lose all its beneficial qualities.

You can do everything without additional additives in the form of honey and sugar. But then it’s worth considering that the taste of baked pumpkin will turn out to be a little bland.

So that the pots are in a more stable state in the oven. It is necessary to place them initially on a baking sheet, and only then in a heating cabinet. Oh, and don't forget to cover the clay bowls with lids.

3. Bake the dish at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or one hour. Please note that this time may vary depending on the quality of your vegetable.

2. Let's start preparing the seasoning. To do this, take a small but deep bowl. Pour olive oil into it and then add all the necessary spices, such as basil, thyme and oregano.

We add garlic only for flavor. Therefore, when baking, the cloves should be placed whole next to the pumpkin. If you like very spicy things, then rub the garlic through a grater.

Now our task is to take a baking sheet and cover it with foil. We place chopped pumpkin on top. Then pour over the resulting mixture of seasonings. Mix everything well with your hands. It’s more convenient, of course, to smear each slice with a silicone brush.

If after the end of time the pumpkin has not had time to cook. Simply remove it from the foil and place the two pieces on a baking sheet, opening them up. And leave the dish to simmer for another half hour.

It is preferable not to cut the finished stuffed pumpkin, but to eat it straight up. Just take a large spoon and scoop in the filling and prepared pumpkin pulp in small portions.
