8. Place back in the oven and cook for about five more minutes.

Recipe for a quick tea pie made from puff pastry

A very simple and quick tea cake option that doesn’t even require flour. But you will have to buy a pack of puff pastry; absolutely any will do.

Ingredients

Dough packaging 400−500 grams;

300 g jam or any jam;

1. Roll out the dough, divide the layer into two different parts. For the bottom of the pie we take larger piece, you can immediately transfer it into the mold, do not forget about the small sides.

4. Cover with a second piece of puff pastry and pinch the edges together.

6. Brush the pie with egg and sprinkle lightly granulated sugar. It is needed because the dough is not sweet, and it will not fry nicely.

Another recipe for a quick tea pie, which is prepared with an apple. But light dough like a biscuit.

110 g flour;

To prepare this cake, we need to first melt the butter and then cool it. Pour sugar, vanillin, eggs and chilled butter into a bowl. Mix everything well with a blender.
