We will need:

  • herring – 1 piece
  • potatoes – 3 – 4 pcs.
  • beets – 2 pcs (small)
  • red onion – 1 pc.
  • parsley
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil

Preparation:

1. Peel the herring from the skin and bones. It is best to take it lightly salted, so the appetizer will turn out more tender. Cut into small cubes. The smaller you cut, the more neatly you can make the “berries”.


2. Cut the red onion into very small cubes. It is not as bitter as white and is therefore preferred. We don't have many ingredients, and this will play a big role.


3. Mix herring with onion and add mayonnaise.


Mix. Add a little mayonnaise. So that the filling just holds together.


I would like to immediately note that the filling will remain. But it’s so tasty that it won’t last long. If you don’t want it to remain, then use only half a herring carcass and half an onion.

4. Boil the beets, cool and grate on a fine grater.


5. Also grate the potatoes on a fine grater. There should be exactly twice as much as beets, otherwise the berries will not be formed.


6. Mix potatoes with beets.


Let stand for a while until the mixture turns a uniform burgundy color.


7. In order to better sculpt the blanks, you will need to prepare the oil. I take olive. Since we have very little mayonnaise in the salad, the oil will be used as a dressing.


Lubricate your hands with oil. Place a tablespoon on your palm vegetable mixture and flatten it into a cake.


Place a teaspoon of herring mixture in the center.


Form a berry that resembles a strawberry in shape. In this case, all the filling should remain inside.


8. Attach a sprig with parsley leaves and place on a plate.

  • eggs – 4 pcs.
  • boiled shrimp – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 2 – 3 tbsp. spoons
  • salt to taste
  • greens - for decoration

If you want the filling in the egg to be some other color, you can paint it with beetroot or carrot color. In the first case, it will turn out pink, and in the second, brownish-orange.

Preparation:

1. Boiled eggs cut lengthwise into two equal halves. Remove the yolk from them. Try to use eggs with a light yolk to make the snack look more positive.


Also, do not overcook the eggs, as this will cause the yolk to turn grey.

2. Crush the yolks into a homogeneous mass using a fork. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise to the mixture and mix. If the mixture is not very soft, you can add another spoonful of mayonnaise. Add salt to taste.

You can optionally add chopped dill to the resulting mass. It goes well with egg yolk and looks beautiful when served.

To obtain a puree, the yolks and mayonnaise can be beaten with a mixer.
