My son is also an eater, I constantly throw away the leftover porridge. And my mother used it to make pancakes or pancakes. So I decided to try it when I had half a pack of instant baby cereal left. Believe me, it's very tasty! I love buckwheat, I make it very often now.
And today I also made it from a recipe for the first time; usually I just add the ingredients by eye.
I like my pancakes to melt in my mouth, so I add a little flour, about a glass. In this case, the pancakes turn out tender; my husband always tears them up in the pan, but I’ve gotten the hang of it. Of course, if you want more elastic pancakes, add a little more flour and/or egg.

And yet, I make pancakes from dry porridge, but you can also use the leftovers of ready-made porridge.

    So.
    1. Lightly beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a tablespoon of sugar (you don’t need to add extra, there is enough sugar in the porridge. My husband likes it sweeter, so I add it)

My eggs are homemade, what a beautiful color, right?

    2. Add dry porridge and cream (or milk, any milk. I had some cream that was already expired)
Add some water. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

    3. Add flour. It will turn out thick, quite elastic dough. Add water until you reach the desired consistency. I fry thick pancakes for my husband, and then add a little water and fry thin ones for myself. I add hot water.

And, of course, some vegetable oil.

Grease the frying pan with lard, pinched onto a fork - it turns out very convenient and tasty - and fry the pancakes on both sides as usual.

Yes, they seem gray and ugly. But this is buckwheat flour.

    They're beautiful fried!

All in all, regular pancakes, it’s just that maybe someone doesn’t know that leftover porridge or dry porridge can be used. My mother-in-law, for example, doesn't know. Here.

Lubricate the plant. oil the frying pan before baking the first pancake, but you only need to do this once. In this case, the pancakes will not be greasy.

How to cook pancakes with fermented milk agusha recipe - a complete description of the preparation so that the dish turns out very tasty and original.

    Publication date: 2014-06-21

    I liked the recipe: 14

    Ingredients:
    kefir – 200 ml;
    water – 200 ml;
    salt - to taste;
    granulated sugar – 2 tbsp. l. ;
    vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. l. ;
    chicken eggs – 2 pcs. ;
    baking soda - on the tip of a knife;
    flour – 1 cup

Today I would like to talk about how to cook delicious and delicate openwork pancakes on kefir. I really like holey pancakes, so when I first made pancakes with kefir, I was simply delighted with how tender, thin and lacy they turned out.
At the dairy kitchen they give us “Agusha” kefir, but for some reason the child doesn’t like it. I often make pancakes with this kefir.
Also, they can be made with any other fermented milk. Sometimes I make it with fermented baked milk or yogurt.
We will need: kefir, water, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, soda and vegetable oil.
My recipe is for a small portion of pancakes. We have a small family, so this is enough for breakfast. This time I got exactly 15 pancakes with a diameter of 19 cm.

To prepare these delicious pancakes you need to take two eggs, beat them with a pinch of salt.

Then add a glass of very hot water, almost boiling water, but I still bring it not quite to a boil, but to the first bubbles.

At the same time, it is better not to stop whisking. The mixture begins to foam and rise strongly.

and add sugar. I love sweet pancakes, so I add 3 tbsp. spoons. If you make pancakes with meat, then one or two without a slide will be enough.

You need to add a little sunflower oil to the dough - literally a couple of tablespoons. I'm pouring on my eye.

Next, add flour and soda and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. In general, the recipe calls for 1 cup of flour, but a lot depends on the thickness of the kefir and the quality of the eggs. I try to add enough flour to make the dough liquid, otherwise thin pancakes it won't work out. The consistency should be as thick good kefir, approximately so that the dough spreads well over the pan.

I have a special pancake pan, so even the thinnest pancakes from the most liquid dough can be made perfectly.
I grease the pan a little with oil before baking each pancake.

Pour the dough into a heated frying pan and bake pancakes. The dough immediately begins to bubble and many holes are formed.

This is how they turn out, lacy and full of holes))

I really like pancakes with sour cream or honey.

    Cooking time:PT00H30M 30 min.

I think many people do this, but I’ll still write the recipe.
The recipe is actually for mothers whose children are as harmful as my little one, but very good. bad girl All mothers are given fermented milk agusha in the dairy kitchen, my child categorically refuses to eat it, so I make pancakes from it

    We take:
    1.Agushka
    2.Egg
    3. A glass of flour
    4. 1/2 tbsp. spoons of butter
    5. 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar

    1. Separate the white from the yolk and beat

    2. Grind the yolk with sugar and butter

    3. Pour agusha into this mixture and gradually add flour

    4. Stirring constantly, add the protein to the mixture and fry it all in butter.

We feed it to our family, in my case to my eldest daughter.

P.S. About 10 minutes later we see a child running away from the kitchen, his heels sparkling, leaving behind an empty plate.

    Bon Appetit everyone

Can you tell me the recipes for fermented milk Agushi?

We ourselves have so far only baked pancakes and pancakes from fermented milk Agusha.

We will need: fermented milk Agusha – 1 l (5 packs of 200 g each), eggs – 3 pcs. sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons, salt - 1 teaspoon, flour - 2-3 cups (Makfa needed 3 tbsp), soda - 1 tsp, boiling water - 1 cup, vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons. Butter for greasing prepared pancakes and vegetable oil for frying.

Recipe. Mix Agusha, salt, eggs and sugar. Heat to a temperature of 40-50 degrees (hot, but so that the finger can “tolerate”). Add sifted flour and vegetable oil to the mixture, dilute the soda in boiling water and add to our dough, mix until smooth. The mixture should have the consistency of liquid sour cream. If necessary, add more flour (if the food turns out very runny pancakes will stick to the pan). Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes, during this time we heat up the frying pan (cast iron or a special Teflon pancake pan is ideal) and fry the pancakes in vegetable oil, pouring the dough with a ladle. Place the finished pancakes in a dish, coating each pancake with butter.

We will need: fermented milk Agusha – 200 ml (1 pack), egg – 1 pc. sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon, salt - 1/2 teaspoon, flour - 1 cup (Makfa needed 1.5 tbsp.), soda - 1/2 tsp, vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoons Butter for greasing prepared pancakes and vegetable oil for frying.

Recipe. Add soda to Agusha and mix thoroughly, beat the egg into the mixture, add sugar, salt and flour. Mix until smooth, the consistency of the dough is liquid sour cream. Let the dough stand for 15 minutes. Fry in a hot frying pan, pouring the dough with a spoon.

Both recipes turned out great the first time. You can serve pancakes and pancakes with sour cream or jam or with salty delicacies: caviar, lightly salted red fish, Suluguni cheese.

The recipe for pancakes from “Agusha” with fermented milk is simple and straightforward!

    We take:
5 bags of fermented milk “Agushi”
    1 glass of warm water
    2 eggs
    2 cups of flour
    1 tsp salt
    3 tbsp. l. Sahara
    1 tsp soda
    1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

    How to cook:
Pour “Agusha” into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar. Break and mix the eggs
    Mix everything well.
Place on the stove and heat up a little. Degrees up to 40-50C, do not forget to stir.

Add the sifted flour and mix thoroughly again.
Add warm boiled water and soda.
    Add vegetable oil.

Mix again and prepare the pan.
A special pancake pan works well.

    2 eggs
    0.5 tsp salt
3 tbsp. l. sugar (no slide)
    1.5 tbsp. flour

I belong to the small group of “mothers who don’t care.” The child studies, and that’s okay. There is already a gold medal in the house, hanging and gathering dust in a visible place. You still can’t put your brain into your daughters’ heads, so you have to make do with the factory equipment. I come to every meeting with the open soul of a newborn child: the natural questions of other, responsible mothers, such as “how did you solve No. 768 from page 878787 from the Zaslanets-Martiansky textbook” put me into a stupor. However, I was not spared from the conflict with the teacher. But I was able to solve it with minimal losses. How? I'll tell you about this in my post.

We bought the apartment back in 2007, did a major renovation in 2008 and happily celebrated our housewarming. But we still didn’t finish the two six-meter loggias because we didn’t have enough money. And once our friend uttered the following phrase: If you don’t do it right away, you’ll never do it again! Therefore, I tried to finish minor imperfections in the apartment while it was still fresh, but until this fall the loggias remained sad and shabby, just like we inherited from the previous owners.

In the lives of each of us, one day events occur that greatly change our lives. And I'm no exception. This is what I want to tell others about. It was 2006 then. I was 27 years old. I had been married for 3 years already, but we had no children yet. I worked in a large company as an accountant. I calculated the salaries for the entire company. And the moment came when I was burdened with a very large amount of work.

I decided to write how I manage this very family budget. You know, I’m not a genius myself, and through trial and error I learned how to do home accounting. For myself, I found the “golden mean” and calculated the “golden rule”.

    Pancakes with fermented milk agusha

Review: Adapted fermented milk mixture Agusha 3.4% – Makes excellent pancakes

    Advantages:
delicious pancakes, served with milk for free

    Flaws:
    haven't found it yet

This mixture is given to us at the dairy kitchen, 4 sachets every other day. My daughter is now completely bottle-fed, but our pediatrician has not allowed her to give this formula yet (the allergy to something unknown has just gone away, so it’s not advisable to take risks yet).
Since I believe that we should take everything from the state while it gives, the mixture began to accumulate in the refrigerator. A friend gave me the idea to bake pancakes with it. Since we love pancakes, especially those made with kefir, I decided to try it. According to the recipe I have, for pancakes you need 800 ml of kefir, just 4 bags of the mixture. The pancakes turned out very tasty, my husband even says that they are much better than those made with kefir. Now we have pancakes at home often. And my mother’s husband simply drinks this mixture with pleasure. Since its shelf life is short, we can assume that this is enough natural product, in any case, without harmful chemicals.
Considering that they give it for free, this is an excellent product. True, it has not yet been tested on a child. So I highly recommend it to pancake lovers. But I don’t know whether to give it to a child.

    Usage time:2 months

    Year of manufacture/purchase:2013

General impression. Great pancakes turn out

We also get this mixture from the dairy kitchen. My baby really likes it. And me too :) He and I just drink one sachet a day. I don't want to give him two a day. I haven’t tried baking pancakes on it, thanks for the advice :) For such thin ones as in the photo, how many eggs do you put in 800 ml of mixture? Do you need baking powder, baking soda, vinegar? answer

I don’t put eggs at all, only kefir, sugar (3.5 tbsp), salt (1 tsp), soda (1 tsp slaked with boiling water) and about 3.5 cups of flour answer

    Gretta · 2013-03-15 20:13:42

Wow, no eggs. Ok, thanks, I’ll write back when I try it :) reply

    Gretta · 2013-03-15 15:05:02

Why are you afraid to give it to your child? This is an excellent fermented milk mixture, it should not be given unless you are allergic to cow protein. And it stimulates digestion well, and is generally great for the tummy. answer

The pediatrician doesn’t allow it, but I trust him. There is no allergy to cow protein, but there is a slight lactase deficiency (I think that’s what it’s called. We give additional enzymes). When he grows up a little, his nutrition will improve, then we’ll start giving him :) reply

    Gretta · 2013-03-15 20:15:12

I won't argue with your doctor. Grow up healthy! answer

    Pancakes with baby kefir “Agusha”

I don’t post step-by-step photos, as I will try to describe everything in detail and clearly. Baking these pancakes is not very difficult. So.
Pour kefir into a cup and quench the soda in it.
    Separate egg whites from yolks.
Grind the yolks thoroughly with sugar, add starch and some kefir.
Then add the sifted flour, alternating with the remaining kefir.
    Stir with a broom.
Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gently fold into the dough.
    Add vegetable oil.
Heat the frying pan well, grease it with oil and bake pancakes.
Before each baking, it is advisable to grease the pan with oil. Then the pancakes will lag behind it well.

Why can’t you take everything there? Find mommies there who will gladly take extra. Or does it work “once they give, you have to take”? :-)

    I need 10-12 Agusha apple-banana or apricot-carrot curds for a week. All.
Well. That works out to 150 rubles a week. And the fare for milk and milk will be more expensive for me :-) And by the way, I don’t think that they will give me exactly the exact amount of curds that I need. Ordinary cottage cheese without filler does not suit a child, he does not look at other types, he simply does not eat it. meaning in this milk. engage in dragging dairy products from the dairy kitchen to the trash? :-)

And then it’s painful to think what to do with the free food that no one eats :-) People know how to find problems for themselves.

Well, you're in vain. There are no people who take it only to throw it away. don't exaggerate! I have from the entire assortment that they give half of the p = my 21 year old brother drinks it))) I like milk, for example, so what? half liter good milk never hurts in the house. he drinks the rest. the state gives and I take. it gives me so much. What does it give for a child? So at least we’ll drink milk. and this is not a freebie at all. It's just convenient. Our milk is always fresh and there is someone to ask if anything happens. and in the store, sorry, they constantly post the same shit with expired deadlines. rummage around there, look at these expiration dates, calculate. This is how I take curds with fillings.

Ok, we convinced you ;-) For me, this would just turn into “take it to the trash”, but milk. for 2 days 2 bags, that’s 25 rubles, travel to the milk will cost more :-) I don’t eat the rest. And prescriptions for milk are really only given out through the vaccination office :-) But we put them on an individual schedule due to allergies.

I started going to the dairy kitchen for cottage cheese, but it turns out we were also given Agusha fermented milk... so we’ll use it))

You can also use regular kefir.

5 packs of Agushi 200 g each or 1 liter of kefir, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 cups flour. 1 cup boiling water

    4 tbsp sunflower oil

Method of preparation: Pour the agusha into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, mix the eggs thoroughly, put on the stove, heat, stirring, to a temperature of 45C so that the mixture is hot. At the same time, bring the water to boil. Add sifted flour to the hot mixture, mix thoroughly, the consistency should be uniform, as thick as pancakes, maybe a little thinner. Then pour 1 teaspoon of soda into a glass and pour boiling water, stir and pour into our mixture, stir and add oil. Stir, the whole mixture is ready, it turns out so airy, tender pancakes do not stick to the pan, no pain. Grease the pan with oil once, no more. Pancakes can be made either thinner or thicker depending on your preference.

For a small portion (12 pancakes) we take

    – 0.5 liters of milk (agushi)

    – 0.5 table. spoons of sugar, a pinch of salt

    – 10 table. spoons filled with flour

    – a little vegetable oil

Knead the dough in the following order:

eggs - sugar - salt - 0.5 cups of milk (agushi) - flour - remaining milk (agushi) - vegetable oil. Bake on both sides as usual. Anything will do filling - cottage cheese, meat, tongue, jam, caviar)
