    1. To prepare mayonnaise we need 1 teaspoon of mustard (you can use as regular mustard, and powder), 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of citric acid, 2 tablespoons of water, 2 eggs, 400-500 milliliters of vegetable oil (you can use olive oil).

    2. First, you need to dissolve salt, sugar and citric acid. Water is needed so that all these ingredients dissolve evenly and have the same consistency. Pour the resulting solution into the container from the immersed blender.

    3. Beat in 2 eggs so that the yolks do not break. Using the attachment of a submerged blender, cover the whites. Pour in oil to make 500 milliliters. Add mustard and continue adding oil. Beat with a blender until you get a homogeneous mass.

    If you figure out what a salad is, then modern dictionary- this is a cold dish of finely chopped vegetables, eggs, poultry and fish, fruits, mushrooms and so on. Therefore, we can distinguish two main characteristics of this dish, namely “cold” and “chopped”. But today, in our understanding, “salad” is any combined dish from various ingredients, besides, it doesn’t have to be cold. Most often it is prepared in a hurry.

    In this article I would like to offer several ways to prepare a very tasty dish called “White Birch”, since the ingredients in its composition may change.

    White Birch Salad - Recipe No. 1

    Ingredients:

    Bulb;

    Chicken (boiled);

    Prunes;

    Cucumber (fresh);

    The chicken should be boiled in salted water, then carefully separate the meat from the bones. Then cut into strips. Then put it in a salad bowl and brush with mayonnaise. Now you need to wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in a frying pan along with chopped onions. Then put it all on the chicken and again grease it with a little mayonnaise. After this, cut the cucumber into strips and also put it in a salad bowl. Now take pitted prunes and place them on top of the mayonnaise so that you get a birch. White birch salad is ready!     Initially, you should boil the eggs and chicken. Then pour warm water over the fillet and let it brew for 15 minutes. Then dry the meat and cut into thin strips. After this, chop the mushrooms and onions, then fry them in oil. Chop the eggs finely or use a grater. Also cut the cucumbers small pieces. Now you should start laying out the salad. To do this, it is advisable to take a rectangular dish. First add mushrooms and onions, then meat, prunes, cucumbers, eggs. At the same time, grease each layer with a little mayonnaise. Decorate the top layer of mayonnaise with pieces of prunes in the form of birch bark. Salad ready!
