    Place in the oven preheated to 180˚C for 10 minutes. Next, you need to reduce the temperature to 160 and leave to bake for another 15 minutes. It is forbidden to open the oven during cooking. Remove the baked rings from the oven and leave to cool.


    While the rings are cooling, you should prepare the cream. Pour cream into a deep plate, add sugar. Using a mixer turned on at medium speed, beat until a thick, homogeneous mass is obtained. This may take up to 5 minutes.
