Hearty buckwheat pancakes

Despite their originality, buckwheat pancakes are just as easy to prepare as regular ones. To prepare them you need to take:

Boiled buckwheat – 2 cups;

Butter – 30 g;

Milk – 1 glass;

Baking powder for dough – 5 g;

Sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons;

Chicken eggs- 3 pcs.;

Wheat flour – 3 tbsp. spoons.

IN boiled buckwheat add sugar and mix well. Grind the cereal to a puree using a blender. In a separate container, beat the eggs with a whisk and add milk to them. Mix sifted flour with baking powder. Pour it into the egg mixture. Combine all ingredients with buckwheat puree.

Heat the frying pan and pour the dough into it so that it is distributed over the entire surface. Fry each side of the pancake for about 1 minute. Place on a plate and grease with butter.

Buckwheat sausages

To prepare delicious buckwheat sausages, you will need following products:

Boiled buckwheat – 1 cup;

Any fresh mushrooms– 200 g;

Eggs – 2 pcs.;

Garlic clove;

Wheat flour – 3 tbsp. spoons;

Olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;

Seasonings.

Take the pan and olive oil Fry finely chopped mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add garlic, chopped coriander, egg yolks and a few spoons wheat flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mass well and combine it with a glass of previously prepared buckwheat.

Form small sausages. There should be about 10 of them. Before frying the sausages until golden brown, roll them in flour. Fry over medium heat in olive oil for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
