This appetizer is prepared based on Mexican tortilla from corn flourtortillas, which can be replaced with our favorite flatbread - pita.

Required to take:

  • tortillas or pita bread - 1 pc.
  • Philadelphia cheese - 150 g
  • greens - 1 bunch
  • green onions - 3-4 stalks
  • multi-colored sweet peppers - 2-3 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Iceberg salad - 1 head
  • petiole celery - 2 pcs.
  • salt pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix Philadelphia cheese or other creamy soft cheese with chopped herbs: parsley, dill, basil and green onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Vegetables: sweet pepper, carrots, fresh cucumber (without peel), Iceberg lettuce, petiole celery cut into thin strips.
  3. The flatbread for the rolls is generously greased with cheese mixture and a strip of vegetables is laid out.
  4. Roll up and wrap cling film and let soak for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Before serving, remove the film and cut the roll into portioned rolls.

Sandwiches with avocado dip

Sandwich Mix - Avocado Dip

Dip from avocadodelicious mixture for sandwiches with wine. You can use crackers, chips, or pieces of dried bread as a base.

Required to take:

  • avocado fruit - 1 pc.
  • blue mold cheese— 50 g
  • red onion - 1 small onion
  • sour cream - 4 tablespoons
  • pepper
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Take out the pulp ripe avocado into a bowl and knead with any blue mold cheese (Pandur Blue, Dor Blue, etc.)
  2. A small red onion is chopped very finely.
  3. Add onion and 4 tablespoons of sour cream to the cheese and avocado mixture and homogenize in a blender until smooth.
  4. Add salt, pepper and a tablespoon lemon juice. Mix again.
  5. The resulting dip is used to cover the base and serve with wine.

Salmon on puff pastry with curd cheese and herbs

This amazing and original tasting appetizer is prepared quickly and easily. In order not to bother too much, you can put the food on bread, toasted toast, or unsweetened cookies. But still, try making a snack using puff pastry.

Required to take:

  • puff pastry— 1 sheet
  • curd cheese - 200 g
  • lightly salted salmon – 200 g

Preparation

  1. The finished puff pastry is rolled out into a layer and baked until ready in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200º.
  2. After cooling, the flatbread is spread with any curd cheese, for example, Almette with garlic. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  3. Smoked or lightly salted salmon cut into pieces and place on a greased flatbread.
  4. The dough sheet with filling is cut into portions.
