1. Cut the meat into small pieces. Add pepper mixture, seasoning, 1 tablespoon vinegar and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 2 to 6 hours in the cold.

2. Cut the onion into rings. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

3. Prepare a baking sleeve. Tie on one side. Place pickled onions on the bottom.

Place meat on top.

4. Tie the sleeve on the other side and make 2-3 punctures at the top of the bag. Place in a preheated oven at 250°C for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, remove the sheet and cut the sleeve to fry the meat. If necessary, you can pour the released juice over it. And put it in the oven again for 30 minutes.

3. Cut the cheese into slices and tomatoes into rings, chop the garlic. Place cheese, tomato and garlic into each cut. Add mushroom slices if desired.

4. Wrap the meat in foil, place on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 180–200 C and bake until done for 50–60 minutes.

5. Place the finished meat on a dish and garnish with herbs. You can make potato mushrooms.

3) MEAT WITH MUSHROOMS UNDER A CRISPY CRUSH

Ingredients:

● 500 g of meat (pork, chicken)

● 300 gr mushrooms

● 2 onions

● 2 cloves of garlic

● 1 cheese "friendship"

● 2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise

● 1 tomato

Preparation:

1. Beat the meat well, grease with the mixture (mayonnaise, adjika, salt, pepper, garlic). Let it marinate (2 hours.)

2. Fry mushrooms (I used wild mushrooms) with onions, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.

3.Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add chopped garlic to it, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise, 1 egg (raw), salt, a pinch of curry and turmeric (in principle, any seasoning will do). Mix well.

5. Place the pieces of meat on a greased baking sheet, then slice tomato and mushrooms around the edges. Gently place the egg-cheese mixture on top.

6.Bake at 250-25 minutes.

4) FRENCH MEAT WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:

● Potatoes 10 pieces

● Pork 800 g

● Onions 800 g

● Cheese 800 g

● Champignons 300 g

● Mayonnaise 250 g

Preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Cut the meat into pieces and beat it. Cut the onion into rings, finely chop the champignons and grate the cheese.

2. Place the prepared ingredients on a baking sheet in the following order: potatoes, meat, onions, champignons.

3. Sprinkle everything with cheese, pour in mayonnaise, place in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown.

5) PORK BAKED WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

● Lean pork (tenderloin) – 600 g.

● Onions – 2 pcs.

● Butter – 100 g.

Wheat flour– 3 tbsp. with a slide

● Milk (I have 2.5% fat) – 600-700 ml.

Raw champignons– 300 g.

● Tomatoes – 2 pcs.

● Cheese – 100 g.

● Ground black pepper

● Nutmeg

Preparation:

1.Cut the pork into pieces of arbitrary size and place in a baking dish. Add a little salt and pepper if desired.

2. Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Place on pork.

3. Prepare bechamel sauce. To do this, melt 100 g of butter in a frying pan with a thick bottom over low heat, add 3 heaped tablespoons of wheat flour to the butter.

4. Mix flour and butter thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

5. Pour milk into the butter-flour mixture in a thin stream, salt and pepper the sauce, add a couple of pinches nutmeg. Cook the sauce, stirring, until thickened (the consistency of low-fat sour cream is required).

6. Pour the finished sauce over the meat and onions (use about a third of the total sauce for this).

7. Cut the raw champignons randomly and place them in a layer on the meat and onions, pour over a third of the sauce.

8. Cut the tomatoes randomly, lay them out in a layer and pour over the rest of the sauce.

9. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the dish. Bake the pork for 45-50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

10. You can serve pork as an independent dish, or with a side dish. I have boiled potatoes with oregano as a side dish.
