Let's get back to the salad. You need a lot of onions - I have 700 g of cabbage - 440 g of onions

3. Grate the carrots, salt and quickly fry in a hot frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. Catch the kelp with a slotted spoon, cool and use for cooking different dishes: borscht, pickles, soups, salads, stews, meatballs and casseroles.

4. Frozen sea cabbage thaw before cooking. To do this, dip it for thirty minutes in cool water (15-20 degrees). Then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

5. Pour kelp with cold water at the rate of 1: 2, put on a strong fire and bring to a boil. Boil for 15-20 minutes and drain the broth. Do this procedure two more times. Three times heat treatment of sea kale will greatly improve its taste.
