But winter varieties can be stored for 2-3 months if you put the pumpkin in a cool, dark place. Before cooking, any pumpkin, regardless of the recipe, must be cut, peeled and seeds removed.

Recipe: Traditionally, cut the pumpkin into cubes (500 grams) and simmer until cooked butter. To prevent the pumpkin from turning out dry, you can add a little water. Along with this, beat 1 egg with sour cream in a bowl and add salt. Pour the simple mixture into the frying pan with the pumpkin and sprinkle with basil. Recipe: Chop 300 grams of peeled pumpkin in a blender. Wash the rhubarb (300 grams) and cut into thin pieces.
