  • salt - 3 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking method:

First, let's prepare necessary ingredients, wash the lard, dry it and rub it with salt and garlic. Then put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.


You can use any meat you like. In this case it was veal. It needs to be washed, dried and cut into small, thin slices.
