Cooking

First, pickle the onion so that it is not so spicy and does not distract all taste buds.

To do this, finely chop it and pour 1 glass of chilled boiled water, add a teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar to it (you can take the usual 9%).

Mix and leave to infuse.

Cut potatoes, cucumbers, beets and carrots into cubes of approximately the same size, mix them in one large bowl. We will send cabbage there, canned beans, green pea and greens.

Before use, we recommend that canned beans be washed from the viscous liquid in which they are located.

Strain our pickled onion, squeeze and send to the company to the rest of the ingredients.

You can not mix yet. We make the dressing: mix salt, pepper, lemon juice, half a spoonful of mustard (if not evil, you can put more), honey, balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil.
