I add both fresh and canned cucumbers. Some do not interfere with others at all. Onion or green onions I always add it, but I know that not everyone likes onions in salads. So improvise. Ingredients:

If you don’t like fresh onions, you can pre-marinate them: pour for 10 minutes cold water from 1 tbsp. l. vinegar and a pinch of sugar. The bitterness will go away and the onion will taste pleasant.

Place lettuce leaves on a plate, then onions and tomatoes. Place beef on top.

Incredibly tasty salad with shrimp, also beautiful and quite suitable for a holiday New Year's table. I prepare this salad in portioned salad bowls, and although not everyone likes seafood, it is eaten without leaving a trace.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • shrimp – 200 gr.
  • cheese – 150 gr.
  • tomato – 2 pcs.

  • mayonnaise, salt - to taste

We place the salad immediately in portions for each person in separate salad bowls in layers.

  • 200 gr. carrots;
  • 250 gr. crab sticks;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 250 gr. corn (canned);
  • 200 gr. cabbage;
  • 170 gr. homemade mayonnaise;
  • 0.5 bunch of green onion feathers;
  • 2-3 pinches of salt.

Preparation:

The salad is very simple to make. First, finely chop the cabbage (you can use Chinese or white cabbage). Finely chop the peeled raw carrots.

We clean the boiled chilled eggs and finely grate them. We do the same with crab sticks.

In a bowl, mix cabbage, crab sticks, carrots and eggs. Open the can of corn and drain the liquid. Add corn to the salad, leaving a fourth for garnish. Season the mixture with mayonnaise, seasoning to taste with spices.

  • 12 sprigs of dill;
  • 6 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • black pepper and salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. First, let's prepare baskets in which we will collect the salad. To do this, grate three cheeses on a medium or coarse grater (we only use quality product). Place some cheese on a dry, clean frying pan. Give the mass a round shape with a saucer diameter. Place the frying pan on low heat and wait until the cheese melts. When the bottom of the pancake is browned, set the pan aside.
  2. Transfer the slightly cooled and set pancake to a glass standing upside down, form beautiful flounces and leave until completely cooled. Prepare the remaining baskets in the same way. The indicated serving of cheese makes approximately 10 baskets. The number of pieces may vary depending on the diameter of the cheese pancakes.
  3. For the filling, rinse, peel and cut the mushrooms. Fry them until done in a frying pan with vegetable oil, adding a little salt and pepper at the end. Place the cooled mushrooms in all the baskets, sprinkling mayonnaise on top.
  4. Cut the ham into small cubes, place in molds, and season with dressing.
  5. Next comes the cucumber layer. Rinse the vegetables well, cut into medium pieces and place in baskets. You can add a little salt to the top of the cucumbers.
  6. We remove the core from the sweet pepper and cut it into cubes. Lay out a few pieces at a time sweet paprika in each basket.

As it has already been said that in the year of the Fire Rooster chicken and chicken dishes are not acceptable on the table, we make do with a different combination of ingredients. In this salad we need ham, but you can use chicken fillet. The salad is placed on a dish in the shape of a rooster, as shown in the photo, it will not be difficult, in general terms it resembles a crescent, one end with a sharp end, the other with a rounded shape. All that remains is to decorate it.

Ingredients:

200 g ham.
100 g of salted mushrooms.
4 things. boiled eggs.
150 g sweet corn
150 g hard grated cheese.
Mayonnaise.

Preparation:
Cut the mushrooms and ham into thin strips, grate the eggs through a coarse grater, keeping the whites separate from the yolks, grate the cheese through a grater. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, grate the carrots, eggs and processed cheese. Mix everything and place it in a mound on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle French fries on top. Make a hole in the middle for the eggs. You can put quail eggs, boiled and peeled, or we can prepare them this way, in the form of crab Raffaello.

You will need: cheese, egg, garlic, mayonnaise, olives (necessarily pitted), crab sticks.

Preparation:
Grate the cheese and egg, maintaining a two to one ratio. Squeeze the garlic here and mix everything with mayonnaise.
